The `help` command lists every available console command and its description, paginated for readability.

This command displays available commands, with optional parameters to specify which portion to view.
Remove brackets [ ] when typing the command.
Parameters
- PageOptional
- The page number you want to view.
- Page CountOptional
- The amount of pages to split the command list up into (e.g. 4 here would mean all the commands are split between 4 pages). The default is 5 pages.
