Valheim Cheats ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://valheimcheats.com and how we use it. This site is a fan-made reference for Valheim console commands and IDs — we do not run user accounts, collect payments, or sell personal information.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact form submissions — when you send a message through our contact page, we collect the content of your message and, if you choose to share it, your email address so we can reply.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data — anonymised page views and aggregate traffic patterns, collected via a privacy-friendly analytics provider (Fathom Analytics). Fathom does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
  • Server logs — your IP address, user agent, and timestamps are processed transiently by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
  • Ad-network data — when ads are displayed, our ad partner (NitroPay / Snigel) and their downstream exchanges may set cookies and process limited information about your device to serve and measure ads. See "Third-Party Services" below.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the site
  • Respond to messages sent through the contact page
  • Understand which pages are popular so we can prioritise updates
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Display advertising that helps fund the site

Cookies

We do not set first-party tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Fathom) is cookieless. Third-party ad networks may set cookies on your device for ad delivery and measurement; you can control these through your browser settings or your operating system's ad-privacy controls.

Third-Party Services

  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection.
  • Fathom Analytics — anonymised, cookieless usage analytics.

  • Slack — when you submit the contact form, your message (and any email address you provided) is delivered to our internal Slack workspace so we can read and reply to it.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including TLS encryption in transit, to protect data handled through this site. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information we hold about you. Because we do not run accounts, the only personal information we typically hold is the content of contact-form messages you have sent us. To make a request, email hello@valheimcheats.com.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
