Coral Cod is a Valheim creature typically found in the ocean biome from the Fish faction. Its character ID is Fish8, and the cheat command spawn Fish8 summons one in front of you — append 1 2 or 1 3 for one- or two-star variants. Coral cod are tranquil fish that inhabit the waters of the Ocean biome. They can be found both in the deep Ocean and occasionally near the shores of other biomes. They currently represent the top 'tier' in fishing bait progression.
To catch them, one can use a fishing pole with Heavy fishing bait. This bait is crafted at the cauldron by merging 20 Fishing bait with a Serpent trophy.
