Its in-game item ID is ArmorRagsLegs, which you can drop into the console with spawn ArmorRagsLegs to give yourself one — append a number like spawn ArmorRagsLegs 50 to spawn a stack. Rag pants are the leg piece of the Rag armor set, Valheim's most basic starter armor. They are crafted at a Workbench from a few Leather scraps and are intended only to bridge the gap until a Leather set is ready. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
