Cultivated soil is a terrain modification item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is cultivate, which you can drop into the console with spawn cultivate to give yourself one — append a number like spawn cultivate 50 to spawn a stack. Cultivated soil is the terraforming effect produced by the Cultivator tool. Cultivated ground is required to plant crops, trees, and grass — it appears as darker, tilled soil and slowly fades back to normal grass over time. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
