Summon one in front of you with the cheat command spawn GoblinArcher, or scale it up with spawn GoblinArcher 1 2 for a one-star variant. Fulings are hostile entities encountered in Plains, predominantly in Fuling villages. They look like diminutive goblin-like figures and seem to have a distinct tribal culture. Runestones and totems suggest their reverence for Yagluth, a bygone monarch. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
