Its in-game item ID is iron_grate, which you can drop into the console with spawn iron_grate to give yourself one — append a number like spawn iron_grate 50 to spawn a stack. An Iron gate is a destructible iron grate found blocking the entrances to Sunken Crypts in the Swamp. Defeating The Elder grants the Swamp key, which unlocks these gates. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
