Its in-game item ID is Pickable_Mushroom, which you can drop into the console with spawn Pickable_Mushroom to give yourself one — append a number like spawn Pickable_Mushroom 50 to spawn a stack. A Mushroom spawn point yields a Mushroom when picked. Mushrooms are common in the Meadows and Black Forest and respawn over time. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
