Portal is a other structure item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is portal_wood, which you can drop into the console with spawn portal_wood to give yourself one — append a number like spawn portal_wood 50 to spawn a stack.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.

The Portal is a Black Forest-era teleport structure built with the Hammer at a Workbench from Fine wood, Greydwarf eyes, and Surtling cores. Two Portals with matching tags connect, allowing instant travel between them.
