Fenris blessing is a Valheim status effect with the code Fenrisblessing. It's a armor effect.

The effect provides the player with Fire resistance and increases the Fists skill by 15, but won't exceed the skill cap of 100.

Game effect: resistant vs. Fire and fists +15.

Apply it from the console with addstatus Fenrisblessing, or wipe every active effect with clearstatus.
