Resting Effect is a Valheim status effect with the code RestingEffect. It's a positive effect.

You are currently resting, health and stamina regeneration is significantly higher.

Game effect: health regen +200%, stamina regen +300%, and eitr regen +300%.

Apply it from the console with addstatus RestingEffect, or wipe every active effect with clearstatus.
