Ash Rain is the constant precipitation environment in the Ashlands biome. Hot ash falls from the sky at 81% chance, with moderate wind, and combines with the biome's fire damage to make travel hazardous without fire resistance.

Ash Rain is one of Valheim's environment / weather states, identified internally as AshRain.
Force the world into this environment with the cheat command env AshRain, and return to natural cycling with resetenv.
Environment changes are useful for screenshots, testing biome-specific events, or just resetting bad sailing weather.
