Force the world into this environment with the cheat command env GoblinKing, and return to natural cycling with resetenv.

Environment changes are useful for screenshots, testing biome-specific events, or just resetting bad sailing weather.

About

GoblinKing is the boss-fight environment that activates during the Yagluth encounter in the Plains. It applies a heavy red dust sandstorm with poor visibility around the Forsaken Altar.
