Blast furnace is a crafting structure item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is blastfurnace, which you can drop into the console with spawn blastfurnace to give yourself one — append a number like spawn blastfurnace 50 to spawn a stack.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.

The Blast furnace is a Mountain-tier smelter that refines Black metal scrap into Black metal and Flametal ore into Flametal. It is built from Stone, Surtling cores, Iron, and Fine wood, and requires an Artisan table nearby to be placed.
