Fermenter is a crafting structure item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is fermenter, which you can drop into the console with spawn fermenter to give yourself one — append a number like spawn fermenter 50 to spawn a stack.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.

The Fermenter is a brewing station that converts mead bases into finished meads after about two in-game days. It is built from Fine wood, Bronze, and Resin, and pairs with the Cauldron to produce the game's healing, stamina, and resistance meads.
