Eikthyr is a boss item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is Eikthyr, which you can drop into the console with spawn Eikthyr to give yourself one — append a number like spawn Eikthyr 50 to spawn a stack.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.

His antlers are branches of iron, they crack the rocks and bring down mountains. His hooves are the sound of thunder. His voice a howling gale.
Eikthyr is the first boss in Valheim and the Forsaken guardian of the Meadows. He appears as a colossal stag with iron chains wrapped around his electrified red antlers, and is summoned by placing two Deer trophies on his Forsaken Altar.
