Yagluth is a boss item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is GoblinKing, which you can drop into the console with spawn GoblinKing to give yourself one — append a number like spawn GoblinKing 50 to spawn a stack.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.

Long ages past, he wore a crown, beneath a blood-red sky. Now naught is left of all he was, but his spirit cannot die.
Yagluth is the fifth boss in Valheim and the Forsaken guardian of the Plains. He appears as the decayed skeletal remains of an ancient Fuling king — a crowned skull, two reaching arms, and a torso animated by his lingering spirit — summoned by placing five Fuling totems on his Forsaken Altar.
