The Elder is a boss item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is gd_king, which you can drop into the console with spawn gd_king to give yourself one — append a number like spawn gd_king 50 to spawn a stack.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.

First of the Forest, King-in-the-Wood, Lord over those who dwell at his feet. His roots will grow where cities once stood, their blood his wine, their flesh his meat.
The Elder is the second boss in Valheim and the Forsaken guardian of the Black Forest. He appears as a towering tree-like humanoid covered in bark with branches sprouting from his frame, and is summoned by placing three Ancient seeds on his Forsaken Altar.
