Its in-game item ID is TrophyGreydwarf, which you can drop into the console with spawn TrophyGreydwarf to give yourself one — append a number like spawn TrophyGreydwarf 50 to spawn a stack. The mossy, severed head of a Greydwarf. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
