This command lets your character shout a message in chat.

Here is an example of how to use s.
Shouts "HELLO EVERYONE!" to all nearby players.
What It Does
The s command shouts a chat message that's visible to all players in chat range. Unlike say, it broadcasts in a louder, all-caps style.
