Poison resistance mead grants temporary poison resistance for 10 minutes, with a 10-minute cooldown after drinking. It is brewed by fermenting Mead base: Poison resistance in a Fermenter, and is crucial for surviving Leeches, Blobs, and the Swamp in general.
Overview
Poison resistance mead is a mead item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is MeadPoisonResist, which you can drop into the console with spawn MeadPoisonResist to give yourself one — append a number like spawn MeadPoisonResist 50 to spawn a stack.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
