Tankard is a weapon item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is Tankard, which you can drop into the console with spawn Tankard to give yourself one — append a number like spawn Tankard 50 to spawn a stack. Skål. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
