Overview
Fists is one of Valheim's character skills, tracked under the internal ID Fists. Determines damage with Bare Fists and Fist weapons. Experience is gained at 1.5 per attack when hitting a creature. At max level (100) it grants +131% damage and knockback, -33% stamina usage. Adjust your level from the console with raiseskill Fists 10 to add 10 points, or resetskill Fists to wipe it back to 0.

About
When a player attacks without a weapon, tool equipped, or use a dedicated Fist weapon such as the Flesh Rippers they do a Fist strike. The primary attack is a punch, and the secondary attack is a kick that does additional knockback. The punch has a 2-hit combo where the second punch (left hand) does double damage.
Fists can be useful against the weakest of enemies; especially when you want to avoid the cost of weapon durability. It also costs less stamina than most weapons.
