Blob's AoE attack effect is a fx item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is blob_aoe, which you can drop into the console with spawn blob_aoe to give yourself one — append a number like spawn blob_aoe 50 to spawn a stack. Blob's AoE attack effect is the internal poison cloud released when a Blob attacks or dies. It is not a player item. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
