Fang spear projectile is a fx item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is projectile_wolffang, which you can drop into the console with spawn projectile_wolffang to give yourself one — append a number like spawn projectile_wolffang 50 to spawn a stack. Fang spear projectile is the internal projectile created when the player throws a Fang spear. It is not a separate carryable item. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
