Obliterator lightning damage is a fx item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is lightningAOE, which you can drop into the console with spawn lightningAOE to give yourself one — append a number like spawn lightningAOE 50 to spawn a stack. Obliterator lightning damage is the internal AoE lightning effect when the Obliterator destroys items. It is not a player item. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
