Flint spear projectile is a fx item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is flintspear_projectile, which you can drop into the console with spawn flintspear_projectile to give yourself one — append a number like spawn flintspear_projectile 50 to spawn a stack. Flint spear projectile is the internal projectile created when the player throws a Flint spear. It is not a separate carryable item. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
