sledge aoe is a fx item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is sledge_aoe, which you can drop into the console with spawn sledge_aoe to give yourself one — append a number like spawn sledge_aoe 50 to spawn a stack. Sledge AoE is the internal area-of-effect damage area created when the player swings the Stagbreaker or Iron sledge. It is not a separate carryable item. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
