Fired fire arrow is a fx item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is bow_projectile_fire, which you can drop into the console with spawn bow_projectile_fire to give yourself one — append a number like spawn bow_projectile_fire 50 to spawn a stack. A fired Fire arrow is the internal projectile of a Fire arrow shot from a bow. It is not a separate carryable item. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
