Longship spawner is a one time spawner item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is ship_construction, which you can drop into the console with spawn ship_construction to give yourself one — append a number like spawn ship_construction 50 to spawn a stack.
In the in-game data it is tagged as Other and One time spawner.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
