Its in-game item ID is gdking_root_projectile, which you can drop into the console with spawn gdking_root_projectile to give yourself one — append a number like spawn gdking_root_projectile 50 to spawn a stack. The Elder root projectile is the internal root-summoning attack used by The Elder. It is not a player item. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
