Its in-game item ID is Bloodbag, which you can drop into the console with spawn Bloodbag to give yourself one — append a number like spawn Bloodbag 50 to spawn a stack. The contents of a leech. Ick. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
