Carrots are a Black Forest-tier crop grown from Carrot seeds on cultivated ground. They are used in Carrot soup and other recipes, and provide stamina when eaten raw.
Overview
Carrot is a food item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is Carrot, which you can drop into the console with spawn Carrot to give yourself one — append a number like spawn Carrot 50 to spawn a stack.
In the in-game data it is tagged as Item drop, Food, Seed, and Material.
The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
