Torn spirit is a unique drop from defeating Yagluth, the fifth boss. It is currently mostly trophy-like — collected as proof of victory and tied to Yagluth's Forsaken power claim at the altar.

Torn spirit is a material item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is YagluthDrop, which you can drop into the console with spawn YagluthDrop to give yourself one — append a number like spawn YagluthDrop 50 to spawn a stack.
