Torn spirit is a material item in Valheim. Its in-game item ID is YagluthDrop, which you can drop into the console with spawn YagluthDrop to give yourself one — append a number like spawn YagluthDrop 50 to spawn a stack. The remains of Yagluth, a twisted spirit torn between this world and the next. The spawn command requires cheats — enable them with devcommands after opening the console.
